  • Learn-a-Test provides practice tests and tutorials on a variety of skills required for today's work force. Contact your local public library to access this free service provided by the Mississippi Library Commission!
  • The Mississippi Department of Employment Security and the U.S. Department of Labor offer e-Magnolia, which "ensures that individuals in Mississippi have access to online certificate and degree programs that are relevant to Mississippi’s workforce needs and economic conditions." Sample programs include construction, green energy, and office support.
