Mississippi Trivia

Some of the nation's most challenging, championship golf courses are located in Mississippi. In 1998, the USA PGA Tour's Deposit Guaranty Golf Classic was held at the Annandale Golf Club in Madison and the U.S. Women's Open was held at the Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point in 1999.

The Mississippi Golf Association was organized to help promote golf throughout the state.
