Mississippi Trivia

Catfish farming and Mississippi have been synonymous terms since the late sixties. There are over 60,000 acres of catfish in Mississippi. Along with Alabama, Arkansas, and Texas, Mississippi aids in producing about 94 percent of the catfish produced nationally.
